The brewing process of Moutai is a unique traditional brewing process. The whole production cycle is one year, with koji on the Dragon Boat Festival, feeding on the Chongyang Festival, nine times of cooking, eight times of fermentation, seven times of wine extraction, classification and blending, packaging after five years later of storage and to leave the factory. The brewing of Moutai has the characteristics of double feeding, solid-state fermentation, high-temperature koji making, high-temperature accumulation, and high-temperature wine picking, which form a unique brewing style. Moutai Distillery is a famous distillery in my country. Kweichow Moutai is exclusively produced in Moutai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, China. It is a model of Daqu sauce-flavored liquor. Moutai 1935 is sauce-flavored liquor, brewed with red sorghum, wheat and water, and is one of the series products of Moutai.
