Since 1st January 2021, there has been a legal requirement to show your QR Code boarding pass and official ID (passport or identity card) in order to purchase duty free goods at Eurotunnel.
When you make a travel booking with Eurotunnel, you will receive a QR code on your booking confirmation and pre-travel emails. Keep hold of these to show store staff at the till when paying for your products.
